Bradley J. Finn

Bradley J. Finn was born in Fargo, North Dakota, in 1950 and raised in Billings, Montana. He graduated from Billings Senior High School in 1969 and from Montana State University in Bozeman in 1973, where he earned a degree in Government.

With a desire to expand his horizons, Mr. Finn took a year off to work at Pierce Packing in Billings to make enough money to attend law school out of state. This grueling experience allowed him to attend the Cleveland Marshall School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where he graduated in 1977.

Following a short stint in private practice in Cleveland, Mr. Finn served from 1978-to 1984 as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio in Columbus, Ohio. He returned to Billings in September 1984, where he began working as an Associate with Kelly and Halvorson. In the fall of 1988, he opened his private practice in the Western Security Bank building, where his office remains.

Mr. Finn’s practice is primarily criminal defense and personal injury. He has always wanted to fight for the underdog, no matter what the case might be. He resides in Billings with his wife, Sheri Rolf, MD, a retired Ear, Nose, Throat, Head, and Neck surgeon, their two German Shepherds, and too many horses!
